## 1. Buyer shape

- Who exactly is the first buyer?
- What role do they hold?
- What kind of company or operating environment are they in?

## 2. Workflow pain

- What repeated job is frustrating right now?
- What happens when the job goes badly?
- What does the buyer do today instead?

## 3. Cost of the problem

- Does the problem cost time, money, trust, risk, or missed speed?
- Is the cost visible enough that the buyer can explain it clearly?
- Does the pain recur often enough to matter?

## 4. Wedge test

- Is the audience narrow enough to describe in one line?
- Is the workflow narrow enough to message in one line?
- Is the promise clear without a long demo?

## 5. Willingness-to-pay signals

- Has anyone agreed the problem is urgent?
- Has anyone engaged in a pricing or pilot conversation?
- Has anyone offered time, access, or data that creates real commitment?

## 6. Kill criteria

- What evidence would make you stop?
- How long will you validate before deciding?
- What would need to become clearer for the idea to survive?
