# Founder-Led Outbound Checklist

Use this as a pre-send filter for each outbound batch.

## 1. Signal

- What changed that makes this account worth contacting now?
- Is the signal strong enough to change timing or message angle?
- If the signal disappeared, would the account still be a priority?

## 2. Fit

- Does the account clearly live inside the workflow you solve?
- Do you know who owns that workflow?
- Can you explain the likely pain in one sentence?

## 3. Message

- Does the first line start from a real observation?
- Did you remove generic praise and broad positioning language?
- Is the next step smaller than a full meeting request?

## 4. Workflow

- Did you score or rank the lead before writing?
- Did you capture account notes for reuse?
- Do you know what a good reply would teach you?

## 5. Follow-up

- What is the follow-up angle if there is no reply?
- What new evidence would justify a reactivation later?
- What would make you drop this lead instead of carrying it forever?
